    INTERIOR SIGNAGE

Lobby logos, dimensional letters, frosted glass & wayfinding inside the space.

    4 Projects

Lobby dimensional letters and reception-wall logos are the first impression a visitor has when they step into your space. Whether it's a brushed-aluminum logo behind a reception desk, dimensional acrylic letters on a feature wall, or a halo-lit interior identifier in a corporate lobby, this is where brand quality is judged at arm's length. We design, fabricate, and install lobby identification for corporate headquarters, medical offices, law firms, multifamily leasing centers, and hospitality lobbies throughout Cincinnati and the tri-state.

    Materials & Construction

Substrates include 1/4″–1″ painted or laminated acrylic, brushed/polished aluminum, painted MDF for non-tactile applications, and stainless steel for premium installations. Faces can be flat-cut, beveled, or fabricated into shallow cans for halo-illumination. Mounting is typically stud-mounted with 1/2″–1″ standoff for shadow effect, VHB tape for lightweight pieces, or recessed/track systems for changeable copy. Halo-lit interior letters use the same UL-listed LED systems as exterior channel letters but specified for indoor environments.

    Common Use Cases

    • Corporate headquarters reception walls
    • Law firm and professional services lobbies
    • Medical practice waiting rooms
    • Hotel and hospitality lobbies
    • Multifamily leasing offices and clubhouses
    • Showroom feature walls and retail interiors

    Code & Permit Considerations

Non-illuminated interior dimensional letters generally don't require a permit. Illuminated halo-lit lobby installations may need an electrical permit depending on the jurisdiction and whether new circuits are run. ADA does not regulate decorative lobby logos but does regulate any room identifier alongside them. Landlord and architect approval is typical in Class A commercial space.

    Pricing Range

    $2,000 – $10,000

A simple flat-cut painted acrylic logo set runs $1,500–$3,000. Brushed-aluminum dimensional letters with stud mount land $3,000–$6,000. Halo-lit interior installations and large-format dimensional wall logos with custom finishes run $6,000–$15,000+. Pricing scales with size, material, illumination, and install complexity.

    Lifespan & Maintenance

Interior dimensional letters last the life of the build-out — 15–25 years — with no meaningful degradation when properly fabricated. The only maintenance is occasional dusting and inspecting standoff hardware. Halo-lit installations may need an LED refresh after 10+ years.
