CODE & COMPLIANCE CONSIDERATIONS

Corporate campus signage typically requires master plan documentation, executive sign-off on materials and finishes, and ADA-compliant interior signage throughout common areas. Municipal sign codes regulate monument height, setback, and illumination; many corporate campuses sit in PUD (planned unit development) or office zoning districts with their own custom sign standards established at development approval. ADA Title III requires tactile and Braille on all permanent room and space identification, accessible-route wayfinding, and compliant exit signage throughout the building. For multi-building campuses, the master sign plan establishes nomenclature (building names, floor naming conventions, conference room naming standards) and a sign standard document that governs every future addition. We deliver photo-realistic renderings and on-site material samples for executive review before fabrication, and we schedule installs after-hours and on weekends to avoid disrupting the workday.
